What the hell are they putting in Coors beer these days?

Beer baron Peter Coors’ driver’s license has been revoked after his arrest for drunken driving following a wedding celebration.

Coors, 59, said he had consumed a beer about 30 minutes before leaving the wedding.

In one breath test, he registered a blood alcohol level of 0.073 percent. In a second, 20 minutes later, he registered 0.088. The legal limit in Colorado is 0.05 percent.

OK, REALITY CHECK PLEASE!! Could it have been the same beer that Dick Cheney had before he shot that attorney in the face while quail hunting?

Just for amusement, since there's scant little else going on in the world, here's a link to a
blood alcohol calculator from the University of Oklahoma Police Department.

Unless Peter Coors' body weight is somewhere around 50 pounds, this is highly suspect. One 12 oz. beer consumed over a 1 hour period for a 160 lb. man would result in a BAC of 0.02.

Five 12 oz. beers, consumed over the same 1 hour period for the same weight individual, would result in a BAC of 0.09. Coors' was 0.08.

Did the dude not have any wedding cake or any nibbly things?
